Move Forward with Volt Volt is immediately hiring for Welder/Fabricators in Colorado Springs.
This company is a respected Metal Fabrication firm with over 25 years of business history in the area. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a great company and become a member of their team.
As a Welder/Fabricator you will read blueprints and measurements to fabricate structural parts such as base plates, angle clips and shear plates, etc.
You will also layout and fit beams and columns from shop drawings.
This is a full time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to read complex Blueprints, including weld symbols.
- 4 or more years of advanced structural welding experience.
- Experience with various metals, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and exotics is a plus.
- Must be able to successfully pass a weld test as well as a fabrication knowledge test.
Pay: $20-$25 per hour
Shift: Days
