Responsibilities:

 

· Help the supervisor guide team members toward production goals and quality standards; records/inputs production data

· Organizes materials and supplies; helps train new team members

· Observes line operation and notifies appropriate personnel of any issues/concerns

· Follows all work safety policies and guidelines

· Run product at line speed as scheduled by Production and Operations Supervisor

· Maintain ongoing communication with Supervisors/Managers

· Must cross train in other areas

· Perform other duties as assigned; may be required to rotate to various functions within the department

· Accountable to maintain punctual and regular attendance for scheduled work hours

 

 

• Must possess high standards and goals for self and be able to effectively lead other team members to obtain the same
• Must be able to delegate and empower effectively and responsibly
• Ability to work with minimum supervisor required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; display adequate energy and stress tolerance
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions
• Must be willing and able to perform physical requirement of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
