About You

As a key member of the People team, you will source, screen, and interview remarkable talent for Lugano. You are the starting point of the candidate experience, playing an essential role in conveying the Lugano story and tailoring our message to various skill sets. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to attract and hire exceptional individuals who will drive our company’s success now and in the future. Your success will be defined by your expertise in full-cycle recruitment, organizational prowess, schedule management, and outstanding communication skills, enabling you to connect effectively with all levels of the business.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers across all levels and departments to build strategic hiring plans, create compelling job descriptions, and craft job posts that attract top-tier talent.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Utilize creative sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, industry partnerships, networking), schedule, and conduct initial screening interviews with candidates whose skills align closely with position requirements, identifying the best fit for the business.
  • Interview Support: Develop effective skills assessments and interview questions for managers, ensuring a thorough and consistent interview process.
  • Lifecycle Communication: Maintain proactive communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Offer Management: Take ownership of the offer process, including drafting, extending offers, and managing negotiations to secure top talent.
  • Data Management: Ensure the applicant tracking system (ATS) is accurate and up to date.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve and surpass KPIs related to specific hiring metrics.
  • People Team Projects: Assist with ad-hoc projects to support the People Team's objectives.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, various job boards + sourcing platforms, and ATS software (Greenhouse preferred).

Pay Transparency

Targeted base compensation is $120,000 plus an annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Our workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance. Noise levels are considered low and daily physical activities are considered light: office work, seldom lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking.
