What You'll Do:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Agency Sales and Partnerships to lead and grow our efforts with independent agency partners. In this pivotal role, you will manage a team Agency Partnerships Managers and Agency Sellers, focusing on driving revenue through strategic partnerships with Independent agencies. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our agency sales strategy, build a high-performing team, and establish best-in-class partnerships from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Agency Partnership Managers and Agency Sellers.
  • Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture within the team.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs, providing regular coaching and feedback to ensure individual and team success.

Agency Sales & Partnerships

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to build and scale partnerships with independent agencies.
  • Establish strong, mutually beneficial relationships with agency partners to drive revenue growth and client success.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to agency stakeholders, providing strategic insights on performance marketing, programmatic advertising, and commerce media solutions.

Strategic Vision & Execution

  • Define and implement the vision, structure, and processes for the independent agency sales function.
  • Develop scalable frameworks and operational efficiencies to support agency growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and analytics) to ensure alignment and delivery of agency-focused solutions.

Who You Are:

Experience

  • Proven track record of building and leading revenue-generating sales and partnership teams, particularly with independent agencies.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, agency development, or partnerships, with a focus on performance marketing, programmatic advertising, or commerce media (retail media preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex relationships, driving incremental revenue, and scaling partnership programs.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adept at rolling up your sleeves and executing while maintaining a strategic perspective.
  • Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising, performance marketing, and commerce media ecosystems.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data to inform decision-making.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
