Role Overview:
As a Shopify Web Developer you will design develop and maintain our Shopifybased online store. You will work closely with our marketing design and product teams to create a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Shopify themes and templates to align with our brand s aesthetics and functionality requirements.
Implemented and managed Shopify apps and integrations to enhance store functionality.
Optimize website performance ensuring fast load times and a smooth user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Shopify platform.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
Maintain and update the Shopify store including product listings collections and site content.
Conduct regular site audits to ensure optimal performance security and compliance.
Stay updated with Shopify features industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
34 years of experience as a Shopify Web Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in Shopify s Liquid templating language HTML CSS JavaScript and jQuery.
Experience with Shopify s theme customization and app integration.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile optimization.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and website analytics tools.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Shopify Plus and advanced customizations.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and eCommerce best practices.
Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).
