We are seeking a passionate and experienced Orientation and Mobility Specialist (OMS) to provide virtual consultation services for an elementary school caseload. This part-time role offers a highly flexible schedule with minimal time commitment, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to make a positive impact remotely. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual observations to assess students' orientation and mobility needs.
Collaborate remotely with teachers, parents, and staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
Provide expert guidance and strategies to enhance student independence and mobility.
Ensure compliance with district and state requirements for special education services.

What We're Looking For:

Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist (COMS).
Experience working with elementary-aged students is a plus.
Familiarity with virtual tools and communication platforms.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual environment.
