Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed to a high standard of quality
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
• Manage project resources, including subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Residential OR Commercial Roofing industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure, within budget and on schedule
• Strong knowledge of TPO and commercial roofing systems and installation processes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
