PROJECT MANAGER / JUNIOR PRODUCER

Location: New York or Los Angeles

CONVICTS is seeking a Project Manager / Junior Producer to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role combining project management, account oversight, and production coordination, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative production, client relationships, and operational excellence.

This role is critical in ensuring seamless collaboration between our internal teams and external clients, keeping projects on track, on budget, and creatively excellent. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a passion for creative storytelling and purpose-driven content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage agency projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
• Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams (creative, production, strategy) and external stakeholders.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resourcing, ensuring efficiency without compromising creativity.
• Lead internal meetings effectively and step in to lead external client meetings when necessary.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure all work aligns with CONVICTS’ purpose and storytelling ethos.
• Develop a deep understanding of CONVICTS' Agency and Originals divisions and how purpose-driven content is central to everything we do.
• Bring a positive, solutions-driven mindset to every challenge, fostering a culture of support and creativity.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5+ years of experience in a relevant field (creative agency, production, branded content, digital media, or entertainment).
• Experience managing campaigns that include short-form digital video and design assets.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while keeping an eye on details and deadlines.
• Experience working in an environment where speed, flexibility, and experimentation are part of the day-to-day.
• A passion for purpose-driven storytelling and an understanding of how creative content can drive cultural impact.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to bring teams together and drive projects forward.
