They have been providing high quality healthcare for over 100 years, now serving 85,000 area residents. Their EMR system offers convenient home access. This Nursing Magnet Hospital earns an A Rating from The Leapfrog Group for hospital safety, a Healthgrades Patient Safety Excellence Award, and scores in the Top 5% for Teamwork between providers and nurses, Expertise of the nursing staff, and Performance of Administration.We offer a full time position. You will join an excellent practice of four Physicians and one Nurse Practitioner. There is room for growth here: the hospital is ready to support the development of a midwifery program for OB, and to expand the surgical Gyn practice. Prior leadership experience is preferred for the new Medical Director, but this is not required. An ideal candidate will be interested in having a busy, broad scope practice who will provide leadership by example.You will be employed by the hospital and earn a very competitive salary with incentive bonuses, a cash sign-on bonus and benefits including relocation assistance, paid liability insurance, health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, plenty of paid time off for vacations and sick days and more paid leave plus a budget for your CME.
