We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our organization. If you are a strategic thinker with a knack for implementing innovative solutions, driving process improvements, and leading capital improvement projects, we would like to hear from you. As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring our business objectives are met and best practices are maintained.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the organization, implementing policies, processes, and initiatives that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards, identifying areas of improvement.
3. Lead capital improvement projects, from conception to implementation, ensuring they align with business objectives.
4. Develop and implement a comprehensive safety program, promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
5. Drive process improvements across the organization, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that enhance productivity and profitability.
6. Collaborate with other department heads to align operations with overall business goals and objectives.
7. Implement and manage best practices, ensuring they are adhered to across all levels of the organization.
8. Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Demonstrated experience in conducting audits and implementing process improvements.
4. Proven track record of managing and implementing capital improvement projects.
5. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
6. Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, including regulatory requirements and best practices.
7. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Experience in developing and implementing safety programs is a plus.
10. Proficiency in using business software and tools, including MS Office suite.
