Position Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a NetSuite Administrator/Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our NetSuite environment to support our organization's operations, streamline business processes, and drive efficiency.
Duties/Responsibilities
NetSuite Administration:
1. User Support: Provide support to Finance team, address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide training to maximize their effective use of NetSuite.
2. Configuration and Customization: Customize NetSuite to meet business needs, including creating and maintaining custom records, fields, forms, and workflows.
3. Data Management: Manage data integrity, oversee data imports, exports, and data cleanup activities, ensuring data quality.
4. Security: Maintain user roles and permissions, ensuring data security and compliance with best practices.
NetSuite Development:
1. SuiteScript: Write, modify, and maintain SuiteScripts (JavaScript) for customizing NetSuite forms, records, and business processes.
2. SuiteFlow: Create and manage workflows using SuiteFlow to automate business processes and approvals.
3. SuiteTalk: Develop integrations with other systems using SuiteTalk and REST web services.
4. Custom Records: Design and develop custom records and fields to accommodate unique business requirements.
Optimization and Documentation:
1. Performance Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to optimize system performance and enhance the user experience.
2. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and development activities for reference and audit purposes.
Integration and Reporting:
1. Collaborate with other teams to integrate NetSuite with external applications and systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
2. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into business data and key performance indicators.
3. Good working knowledge of Jitterbit middleware platform

Qualifications:
Salary Range
$95,000k - $115k/annual
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment and role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, mobile devices, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; frequently required to talk and hear, use hands and fingers to type, scroll and use computer equipment. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection of text/data in both print and electronic forms.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time HYBRID position reporting on site to our New Braunfels, Texas office or Orange, CA for 3 days per week. Working hours are M-F during regular business hours 8-5. Days/hours worked subject to change and are dependent on the workload at the time. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
There is no major travel requirement for this position. However, infrequent travel may be necessary to visit remote office(s), attend conferences/industry events, etc. Attendance at our annual corporate Staff Retreat is required, which typically takes place in December. This event is a 2-3-day retreat. Attendance at LCPtracker Conference(s) as assigned.
