Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Medical Office Receptionist at ProSpinal, Inc. located in south Reno, NV. The Medical Office Receptionist will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and providing support to medical staff. The role will also involve interacting with patients, answering phone calls, and ensuring a smooth workflow in the office.
Qualifications
Applicant needs to have exceptional phone and interpersonal skills. Candidate must also be able to multi-task, handle phones, schedule patients and maintain the flow of the office. Microsoft Word and Excel efficiency is a must as well. Any tatoos must be hidden under clothing.
