What You’ll Do • Lead the Annual Costing by updating and monitoring monthly performance • Monitors the key manufacturing KPI's by reporting on time historical performance and by proactively reviewing trends and providing advice to Site Management • Collaborates with Accounting Manager for SAP governance and internal control • Manage the month end process to ensure the accuracy of financial statements • Prepare annual budgeting as well as quarterly forecasts • Coordinate the financial/operations results reporting and provide guidance for opportunities to improve profitability • Ad hoc projects and reporting
Qualifications • BA in Accounting, Finance or related discipline • Minimum 1-3 years of related experience in cost manufacturing, operations process improvement, financial analysis, and financial reporting all in the manufacturing industry • Strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as a technical foundation in accounting • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Able to develop relationships at all levels within an organization • Self-motivated and self-directed • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability • Ability to work closely with a senior management team • Bilingual a plus
