Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mental Health Counselor at Life Reflections Counseling LLC located in The Woodlands, TX. The Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating therapeutic interventions. The Mental Health Counselor will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Experience in providing counseling and therapy services to individuals, couples, and families
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapy modalities and interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
• Understanding of cultural diversity and ability to work with clients from various backgrounds
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
