Job Description

Job Summary:

The Legal Operations Support position is an entry-level role that provides a well-rounded introduction to the legal industry. This position focuses on delivering administrative and operational support to attorneys, paralegals, and various practice groups. Key highlights of the role include:

Hours:

9 AM - 4 PM

35 hr/week

Pay:

26/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Process invoices, expense reimbursements, and manage mail logistics.
  • Coordinate meeting and event logistics, including scheduling conference rooms and travel arrangements.
  • Manage contact and file information using the firm’s workflow and CRM systems.
  • Document Management:
  • Create, edit, and format legal documents, ensuring adherence to firm standards.
  • Perform document conversion, hyperlinking, transcriptions, and fillable form creation.
  • Quality Control:
  • Proofread and revise documents to ensure accuracy, grammar, formatting, and client-specific standards.
  • Customer Service:
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
  • Collaborate with other administrative teams to maintain seamless workflows and deliver exceptional service.
