Job Description

Olympus Energy LLC (“Olympus”) is seeking a motivated team member for the position of Lease Operator for immediate hire in their Pittsburgh area operations. This position will work with the Operations and Engineering teams and will be responsible for operating and maintaining Olympus Energy and Hyperion Midstream facilities and pipelines.

Core responsibilities:

• Perform daily checks and perform maintenance on midstream, upstream and pipeline facilities, including line patrols, leak detection, and maintenance of dehydration and separator units
• Conduct and supervise pigging operations on the gathering system
• Maintain DOT requirements through maintenance software
• Manage all cathodic inspection requirements
• Utilize SCADA systems daily
• Perform compressor starts and stops
• Maintenance Production Units and Sand Separators

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in pipelines and compressor facilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with various disciplines
• Work at elevated levels, with manlifts, ladders, and small towers
• Work in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spaces
• Ability to function both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
