Job Title: HRIS Specialist (Full-Time)

📍 Location: Onsite Costa Mesa, CA 92614 (Hybrid Potential After Training)

⏰ Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

📅 Duration: 9 Months

💵 Pay Rate: $30 – $35 per hour (based on experience)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable HRIS Specialist to join our team for a 9-month full-time assignment . This position will begin onsite for training , with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid schedule based on performance and team evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• 🔹 Employee Data Maintenance : Accurate and timely entry of employee data into the HR system
• 🔹 Documentation Management : Organize and maintain records of data updates
• 🔹 Data Accuracy Assurance : Perform self-audits to ensure accuracy of entered data

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• ✅ Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
• ✅ Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) software (preferred)
• ✅ Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Day-to-Day Overview:

You will be responsible for receiving, prioritizing, and processing employee data maintenance and change requests , ensuring accurate reflection of employee records within the HRIS platform.
