Our client, a US Fortune 250 company and a global medical technology corporation serving customers in Clinical Labs, Health care research & Pharmaceutical industry, seeks an accomplished Field Assurance Lab Technician.

** JOB TITLE: Field Assurance Lab Technician

** LOCATION: Onsite Role | 1628 W. 3rd street Tempe AZ 85281

** DURATION: 12 months +

** SCHEDULE: 1st shift 7AM - 4PM

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr. W2

3 must haves on the resumes: Lab experience, some shipping & receiving experience (FedEx Software) and MS Office (excel and word)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This Technician for Field Assurance (FA) role involves overseeing daily operations in the Field Assurance (Complaint Handling) Lab. Responsibilities include managing the shipping, receiving of complaint samples, and conducting image reviews associated with complaints promptly. Familiarity with biosafety and good laboratory practices, as well as experience working in a clean room environment, is preferred.
• Documentation of complaint samples received in the Field Assurance Lab for evaluation purposesSupport daily requests for sample return kits to be shipped domestically and internationally, maintain tracking documentation, communicate in a timely manner with the requestor, assembly sample return kits and warehouse pickup and drop-offsEnsure accurate and timely shipping of sample return kitsTrack shipping inventory and order supplies through approved vendorsOversee image/video review requests received as a task, run a query in TrackWise to capture all requests and process requests in a timely manner. Additionally, maintain the image/video review tracker and follow up on any pending requestsMaintain good documentation practices (GDP) when recording preliminary and sample analysis resultsEscalate all unexpected issues to the Supervisor/ManagerMaintain good laboratory practices (GLP) consistent with biosafety laboratory practicesMaintains a clean work environmentMaintains a professional working relationship with internal and external customers and support staffStorage and disposal of complaint samples in accordance with applicable proceduresSupport continuous improvement of lab processesUnderstand and follow procedures and regulatory requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalentAssociated degree or equivalent experience.Knowledge of the FedEx shipping system to conduct precise shipping transactionsPrevious warehouse experienceMedical industry (GMP) and/or lab experience preferred
