Kinetic Events Staffing is hiring immediately for a busy season of events in the Washington D.C area. We're looking for staff interested in working fun & exciting programs throughout the spring, summer and fall.

Our largest event of the year (a cloud computing conference) will be taking place 6/25-6/27 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, so this is a great opportunity for those looking to join our roster as we anticipate we will have additional events before and after these dates.
Job Description

• Job duties include registration, room monitoring, badge scanning, directing/greeting attendees, info desk and general event support.
• Mandatory training day on 6/25 from 7am-11am with an optional post-training shift until 7:30pm.
• Variety of shift times available on 6/26 & 6/27 from 6-12.5 hours in length. All shifts begin at 6am, 630am, 7am or 730am.
• The pay rate for this job is $22/hr (potential income of $130 - $275 per day).
• Breaks are paid and parking is reimbursed post-event.

Ideal Candidates

• Must be available all three days.
• Previous event experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be flexible to work in any and all positions.
• Must be friendly, outgoing, and professional.
• Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time and interacting with large groups of people.
