Position Description

Wendover Art Group is looking for an ERP Administrator who is excited about contributing to the growth of the best art company in the world. This critical role ensures smooth business operations through data management, reporting, system customization, and process automation. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with ERP and WMS software, SQL databases (T-SQL preferred), VBA & advanced Excel functions, along with a deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes. Our ERP Administrators work cross-functionally with various departments to understand and address business requirements, becoming deeply integrated into the fabric of Wendover as a true "student of our business."

Key Responsibilities:

• System Integration : Manage Syspro’s integration with other platforms and software. Design and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes, ensuring seamless data flow across the organization.
• Customization & Automation : Use VBScript and SQL to develop custom Syspro modules, programs, macros, workflows, and reports that align with the company's unique business needs. Build custom functionality to enhance operational efficiency.
• Data Reporting & Analysis : Support data-driven decision-making by creating, modifying, and maintaining complex reports in Excel, leveraging advanced functions such as pivot tables, conditional formatting, and VBA. Automate and distribute reports using Excel and SAP Crystal Reports.
• SQL Database Management : Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources. Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, and triggers to automate critical processes and reporting tasks.
• Syspro System Management : Oversee the day-to-day performance of Syspro, ensuring uptime and resolving issues as they arise. Proactively maintain the system to prevent delays or downtime.
• User Support & Training : Provide comprehensive user support, including technical assistance, onboarding new users, and developing training materials. Manage user accounts and permissions while maintaining and updating documentation for new and existing system functionalities.

Requirements

Data is key to making sound business decisions, and at Wendover, we are looking for team members who bring both technical proficiency and business acumen to the table. But being an ERP Administrator is about more than numbers. Successful ERP Administrators have:

• 1-3 years of experience as an ERP Administrator, Data Analyst, Solutions Architect, Data Engineer, or related ERP Administrator role.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in information sciences, information technology, or computer science.
• Strong SQL (T-SQL preferred) skills.
• Experience using Visual Basic, VBScript, and/or VBA.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and/or WMS systems.
• Proficiency in math, analytics, and/or statistics with the skill to translate complex information into clear, digestible, and understandable reports.
• In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work under multiple competing deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize and manage a consistently heavy workload with precision.
• Meticulous attention to detail in report writing and presentations.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with Syspro or FileMaker a plus.
• Python or Javascript experience a plus.
