Your Impact

• Lead Growth Initiatives: Expand the reach by enhancing simulator sales and partnerships
• Drive Revenue: Build a national sales pipeline for simulator sales and partnerships
• Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Lead simulator deal structuring & negotiations
• Operational Excellence: Establish operational frameworks for simulator onboarding and management
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, including sales and customer success

Who We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years related experience in a key business development role
• A builder’s mindset. You don’t just grow businesses; you create and refine new scaling revenue models
• A strong sales & negotiation background. You excel in closing strategic deals
• A deep network in sports & entertainment is highly preferred
• Financial & operational acumen. You understand per-square-foot economics and licensing structures that drive profitability
• Experience managing growth at scale. You have successfully expanded business units from pilot to multi-location rollouts, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth
• A passion for innovation. You thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments and know how to adapt strategies to optimize impact

You are within a commutable distance to our Behind the Brand (Head Office) in Dallas, Texas and you are legally authorized to work in the United States.

• $125 - 150K base salary + performance-based incentives

• Opportunity to work remotely for 2 out of 5 days a week and the other days in our Addison Head Office (this could evolve to working remotely for 1 day a week by July 2025)
