Commercial  Project Manager

Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts

Work Mode : Hybrid, 3 days onsite

About the role:

The   Commercial  Project Manager will  lead  strategic  commercial  initiatives for the Endoscopy division .  This person will work  collaboratively across various functions, sites , and regions to develop  and lead the execution of  both  project  strategies  and tactical plans to ensure the success of  new  product  launches , digital   initiatives ,  and  development of new processes . In this highly visible role, y ou will  contribute to  refin ing   the commercial project  management  tools and  methodolog ies   as we continue to  advance  the commercial project management  capabilities  of  the P MO .

Your responsibilities will include :  

• Ensure the success of key commercial programs in partnership with commercial teams by developing project plans, managing stakeholder communication s , identifying, and mitigating project risk s , and managing team performance .  
• Lead core teams comprised of various marketing, sales, and other cross-functional team members and drive accountability to plans and milestones.  
• Comfortabl y navigat e competing stakeholder objectives to achieve business alignment on scope and strategy .  
• Develop and leverage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders with the goal of becoming a trusted business partner at both the team and management levels .  
• Interact with senior leaders on complex matters requiring coordination across organizations.  
• Develop new project management tools and methodologies to a dvance the capabilities for PMO leadership of global commercial projects .  
• Ensure current BSC Quality System policies/practices and accurate documentation requirements are followed .  

Required   qualifications :  

• Bachelor’s degree  
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of commercial experience working with marketing and/or sales
• T rack record of success leading large, cross-functional, and complex projects/programs   
• Understanding of various marketing & commercial functions and responsibilities  
• Understanding of project management methodologies and tools  
• Communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills  

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously  
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities  
• Experience with risk management and issue resolution  
• Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet to develop and maintain project plans  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications  

• Ability to travel as needed , up to 20%  

Preferred qualifications and competencies:

• Master’s degree in business or related field   
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)  
• Background in medical devices   
• Experience leading marketing, commercial, or digital initiatives
