About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of providing a quality education with a focus on global citizenship. The ideal CEO will be a passionate and culturally responsive leader, driving the organization's strategic priorities and furthering its vision for the future. This role requires a deep commitment to the values of community, courage, growth, and equity, which are the core beliefs that guide the company's educational model. Responsibilities for the CEO include building awareness of the school's unique commitment to global education, leading efforts to support the community in understanding and promoting global citizenship, and ensuring the success of students by establishing top-tier instructional and operational programs. The successful candidate will be a strong manager, a motivational leader, and an adept spokesperson, capable of deepening existing relationships and expanding the company's network. Collaboration with the Board of Trustees, the school Principal, and other key leaders is essential. The CEO will also be tasked with leading a dedicated team and serving as a brand ambassador for the organization. The ideal candidate for the CEO position at the company will have a proven track record of achieving breakthrough outcomes in a mission-aligned educational organization, non-profit, or school. They should be experienced in leading with a global perspective, and have a background that demonstrates a commitment to the values of the institution, including global awareness, diversity, and language immersion. A strategic thinker with strong operational and financial acumen, the CEO will be responsible for driving the organization's success and ensuring that all students have access to an education that meets their needs. A Master's degree in Education, Business, or a related field is preferred, and fluency in a second language, particularly Spanish, is a significant advantage.
