Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will design, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and provide training and support to staff and families. This role is critical in improving the quality of life for individuals with behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
* Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans to ensure effectiveness.
* Provide direct therapy and support to individuals with behavioral challenges.
* Train and supervise staff and caregivers in the implementation of behavior plans and strategies.
* Collect and analyze data to evaluate the progress and effectiveness of interventions.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and medical professionals.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reports.
* Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
* Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analysis, preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
* Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles and evidence-based practices.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
