Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and a passion for developing innovative solutions. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create visually appealing designs that meet project specifications and client needs.

Duties

  • Lead high-level master planning, conceptualization, and design visioning.
  • Collaborate with the Design Team to transform concepts into functional space plans, elevations, details, and 3D models for further design development.
  • Create 3D presentation renderings to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Present design concepts to both internal teams and clients.
  • Work closely with the project team throughout all project phases to ensure clear communication of design intent.
  • Review submittals and RFIs to ensure alignment with design intent and coordination with the team
  • Develop and execute interior architectural details in alignment with the team's design vision.
  • Support the Project Manager by preparing detailed task lists and schedules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited five-year Architecture program or a related field, or a Master's degree from an accredited Architecture program.
  • 4+ years of experience in Interior Architecture.
  • Experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Luxury Residential design is a plus.
  • Registered Architect preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in space planning with a strong understanding of the design process.
  • Well-balanced technical expertise and architectural/interior design skills across all project phases.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative with a proactive mindset and strong leadership abilities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
